Conscious redefining the meaning of quests in life turns them into new opportunities that create growth for all. Together as one - in our own unique way. GrowthForAll.One is founded by Annemieke. She holds a master’s degree in International Economics and has over 25 years broad working experience. She is based in the Netherlands and works internationally.
Every process begins with what is already present. Whatever emerges is part of a greater coherence that points towards new possibilities. Experiences continually provide the entry point for becoming aware of this coherence. From this perspective, connecting human potential with organisational and societal development lies at the heart of my work.
As underlying patterns and the broader coherence of experiences become perceptible, it becomes clear what seeks to develop from within one's own energy. This creates space to reconnect with the inherent energy and potential present within every person, every group and every societal challenge. Through conscious, appropriate choices and meaningful action, new possibilities take shape in people, organisations and society as a whole.
Every situation carries its own dynamics and possibilities. Therefore, this way of working continually takes the form that best fits what emerges in the present moment; through personal guidance, leadership programmes, academic learning environments, organisational development and societal initiatives. Although the form differs, the point of departure remains the same: making visible what seeks to develop and creating the space in which this can consciously take shape. In this way, new possibilities are translated into meaningful action and new directions emerge for people, organisations and society.
This way of working is rooted in more than thirty years of personal and professional experience, continuous inquiry and deepening, combined with an academic background in International Economics. It brings together a distinctive perspective on human consciousness, analytical thinking, and personal, organisational and societal development. From this coherence, a natural connection emerges between human potential and organisational and societal development.
